Abstrak
Posyandu merupakan layanan kesehatan masyarakat yang berperan penting dalam memantau pertumbuhan balita serta mencegah stunting. Namun, di Posyandu Anggrek Desa Pondok Wuluh, proses pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kehilangan data dan menyulitkan analisis pertumbuhan balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk monitoring perkembangan balita dan deteksi dini stunting. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu mempermudah kader dalam mencatat data, melakukan analisis status gizi otomatis berdasarkan parameter tinggi badan, berat badan, dan usia, serta menghasilkan laporan yang akurat. Sistem ini juga menyediakan fitur informasi status gizi balita secara real-time yang dapat diakses oleh pihak terkait. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, sistem informasi yang dibangun dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita dan mempercepat deteksi dini stunting, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di tingkat desa.
Abstract
Posyandu is a community health service that plays an important role in monitoring toddler growth and preventing stunting. However, at Posyandu Anggrek in Pondok Wuluh Village, data recording is still done manually, making it prone to data loss and complicating the analysis of child growth. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for monitoring toddler development and early detection of stunting. The system development method used is the waterfall model, starting from needs analysis, system design, implementation, to testing. The results of this research indicate that the designed system facilitates cadres in recording data, automatically analyzing nutritional status based on height, weight, and age parameters, and generating accurate reports. This system also provides real-time nutritional status information accessible to related parties. The conclusion of this research is that the developed information system can improve the effectiveness of toddler growth monitoring, accelerate early detection of stunting, and support data-based decision making at the village level.
